Targeted leak repair, without the upsell.

Most "mystery leaks" in Klang Valley homes trace back to a handful of usual suspects — and most are fixable in an afternoon, if someone takes the time to look properly.

What we cover under leak repair

Around 80% of the urgent calls we receive fall into a tight cluster of problems — and the diagnosis matters far more than the patch itself. A repair done on the wrong tile is worse than no repair at all.

  • Hairline-cracked or wind-displaced concrete and clay tiles
  • Failed or shrunken sealant around vents, skylights and chimneys
  • Lifted ridge capping or loose mortar beds on older terrace roofs
  • Corroded valleys and rusted flashing on metal-decked extensions
  • Blocked overflows that push water back under the tile line during heavy rain

Our diagnosis process

We treat the first 30 minutes on site as detective work. A roofer walks the attic, traces stains back to their source, and where conditions allow we use a thermal camera to find moisture trapped under tiles. Only then do we quote — once we know what we are actually fixing.

For straightforward repairs we typically settle the work the same visit. For anything that needs ordered material, we book a return slot within a week and tarp the area before the next rainfall.

What you receive after the visit

  • A short written report describing what we found and what we did
  • Before and after photos, sent by email or WhatsApp
  • A two-year written warranty covering the repaired area
  • A reminder for a free check-up after the following monsoon season

What we often recommend alongside repair

Roof restoration

If repair number three is on the cards, a restoration usually costs less than the next round of fixes — and resets the roof's life by a decade.

Gutter care

Half of the "leaks" we see start as overflowing gutters pushing water up under the tile line. Worth checking the gutters before lifting tiles.

Inspection & reporting

Useful when the same drip has appeared twice — a full inspection produces a documented record you can share with insurers or buyers.
