What we do
Our gutter service is built around a simple rule: a gutter that performs in the worst monsoon week of the year is a gutter you can stop worrying about.
- Manual clearing of leaves, twigs and silt — vacuumed, not pushed into downpipes
- Flushing of every downpipe to confirm clear flow to the rainwater outlet
- Realignment of sagging sections so water actually reaches the outlet
- Re-sealing of corroded or split joints with weather-rated polyurethane
- Replacement of any section beyond economical repair, with matching profile
- Installation of leaf guards where overhanging trees make repeat clogs likely
Why it matters in tropical Malaysia
Klang Valley rainfall can dump 80mm of water in an hour. When gutters overflow, that water finds the gap between the tile line and the fascia board — and from there into the eaves, the ceiling, the wall plaster. By the time you see a stain on the bedroom ceiling, the timber behind it has often been wet for weeks.
Routine gutter care is the single cheapest piece of roof maintenance you can buy. We recommend twice a year — once before the southwest monsoon, once before the northeast.
