Who we are

What information we collect

We aim to collect the minimum information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver roofing services. Specifically:

• Information you give us directly: your name, contact email, phone number (optional) and the project description you submit via our enquiry form.
• Information collected automatically: standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and identify technical issues.
• Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are only set after explicit consent.

How we use the information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a roofing quotation.
• To deliver services you have engaged us for, including warranty registration and after-care reminders.
• To improve our website and protect it against fraud and abuse.
• To comply with Malaysian legal and tax obligations.

Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (submitting the enquiry form), the performance of a contract (delivering the services you engaged), our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and where applicable, compliance with Malaysian law including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

How long we retain it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 18 months for reference. Client records for completed projects are retained for the duration of the workmanship warranty (10 years) plus a further two years for accounting and audit purposes.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share information only with: our web hosting provider (for technical operation of the site), authorised material distributors when ordering project-specific materials on your behalf, and legal or accounting advisors bound by professional confidentiality. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required to do so.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request its correction, withdraw consent for ongoing processing, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within twenty-one days.

Security

Personal data is stored on servers protected by industry-standard access controls and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We restrict access internally to staff who need it to deliver your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same discipline we treat your roof.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
